26-27 Upper Elementary Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing an effective instructional program that fosters academic and social-Emotional growth. They must also manage classroom behavior, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive learning environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid pennsylvania instructional certificate. Additionally, 1-2 years of classroom experience and the ability to pass required state and federal background clearances are mandatory.
