26-27 K-5 Special Education Teacher

The k-5 special education teacher is responsible for planning and implementing instructional programs that meet the academic and social-Emotional needs of students in a learning support environment. This includes managing iep paperwork, collecting data on student goals, and collaborating with families and staff to support student progress.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid pennsylvania instructional certificate, along with 2-3 years of special education classroom experience. Applicants are also required to obtain and maintain all necessary state and federal background clearances.
