Employment Specialist - Fathers and Families Center

The employment specialist provides job development, placement, and retention services to help participants achieve sustainable employment. They also coordinate training certifications and provide ongoing case management and coaching to support career paths.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in job readiness training or teaching. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in ms office.
