Facilitator

The facilitator delivers high-Quality job readiness and employment preparation workshops to program participants. They are responsible for managing workshop logistics, tracking participant progress, and collaborating with internal teams to improve program outcomes.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in human services, education, or a related field. Strong organizational and instructional skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work in a fast-Paced environment.
