Specialty Educator Women's and Children

The specialty educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for clinical staff within their specialty. They coordinate orientation, ensure staff competency, and collaborate with clinical specialists to enhance the quality and cost-Effectiveness of patient care.

Candidates must have at least three years of nursing experience, including two years in the designated specialty, and a degree in nursing (Bsn or msn). A current rn license is required, and a nursing specialty certification must be achieved within one year of hire.
