Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor

The lead instructor will be responsible for teaching all aspects of the phlebotomy technician scope of practice, evaluating student progress, and preparing students for a 40-Hour externship. This role also involves instilling professional values and serving as a role model for students entering the healthcare profession.

Candidates must possess a current cpt license and have a minimum of three years of documented on-The-Job experience in a clia lab within the last five years, though no prior teaching experience is necessary. Proficiency in all blood collection methods, strong communication skills, and technological comfort are also required.
