Early Intervention Service Coordinator

The service coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for families, managing the early intervention process from eligibility through transition. They facilitate ifsp meetings, coordinate services, and ensure all documentation complies with state and federal regulations.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, social work, or a related field, or possess five years of relevant case management experience. Experience in early intervention or intellectual and developmental disability systems is preferred.
