Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will provide evidence-Based aba therapy to children in a clinic setting under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting accurate session data, and maintaining professional communication with the clinical team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a high school diploma and a current rbt certification in good standing. A minimum of 2 years of experience in aba or idd services is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks associated with active therapy sessions.
