Clinical Trainer Compliance Specialist

The clinical trainer and compliance specialist develops and delivers back-Office training programs to ensure medical quality assurance and standardization across the organization. They also perform audits, manage vaccine inventory, and assist with emergency management and survey preparedness.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with 5 years of experience or an associate degree with 3 years of experience, including a clinical background as an rn, lvn, or medical assistant. Proficiency in microsoft office and experience with clinical programs like vfc or clia are required.
