Gretna Crossing YMCA Youth Sports Site Supervisor

The site supervisor is responsible for creating a positive environment for participants and ensuring their safety and well-Being during sports activities. They also build relationships with participants and spectators to enhance the overall experience.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of one year of experience in a related program area. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and previous experience with children are preferred.
