School Linked Therapist

This role provides school-Based mental health assessments, therapy, and skills training for children, adolescents, and their families. The therapist is responsible for developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with school personnel and county agencies.

Candidates must possess a valid mental health licensure and have knowledge of serious mental illness and community support systems. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel to various client locations throughout southeast minnesota.
