Parent Support Partner

The parent support partner provides education, training, and support to parents and guardians to help them assist their children in improving their functioning. They assist families in navigating mental health and educational support systems within home, office, and community settings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency and at least one year of experience as a primary caregiver for a child with mental health or developmental challenges. Additionally, the role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain mdhhs specialized certification within one year.
