Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant guide is responsible for creating a nurturing, montessori-Aligned classroom environment that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants. They will observe children's natural rhythms, maintain an orderly space, and partner with families to foster independence and confidence.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting and an alignment with child-Led educational philosophies. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the role requires an interest in pursuing or holding a montessori certification.
