Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will evaluate and assess children and families, assisting with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and individualized family service plans (Ifsps). They will also perform service coordination functions to ensure desired outcomes for families and children are achieved.

Candidates must have a valid physical therapy license in connecticut and a valid u.s. Driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Additionally, internet access, a cell phone, and reliable transportation are required.
