Youth care workers provide around-The-Clock in-Person supervision and safety for youth in a secure residential facility. They also facilitate individual counseling, skill development, and collaborate with professional staff to implement treatment plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Applicants must also be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, tb test, and a child abuse central registry search.
