The Clinical Lecturer will deliver direct clinical instruction and supervise patient care for undergraduate nursing students in various healthcare settings. They are also responsible for evaluating student performance, collaborating with clinical partners, and implementing evidence-based teaching strategies.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted registered nursing license in Massachusetts and possess at least five years of clinical nursing experience. A Master's degree, DNP, or PhD in Nursing is required, along with a preference for previous teaching or precepting experience.

UMass Boston expects to pay within an approximate range of $7,500 to $15,000 per semester. The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on the number of FTEs the instructor is assigned. The specific pay for this position will be determined by the University based on the consideration of all relevant factors when and if it decides to extend an offer of employment
