Coordinates training activities and manages the Learning Management System to ensure compliance and audit readiness. Supports employee development through the creation of training materials and the organization of onboarding logistics.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of administrative support experience. Candidates must possess strong database administration skills and a typing speed of 35 wpm.
Training Coordination & Logistics Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Coordinate presenters, facilitators, and external vendors. Prepare training calendars, reminders, and communications. Arrange venues, equipment, virtual meeting links, and supplies for training events. Support new hire orientation and onboarding training logistics. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certification databases. Create courses, assign training, and troubleshoot user access issues. Run compliance reports for supervisors, HR, and audits. Track overdue training and assist with corrective follow‑up. Training Materials & Content Support Assist in developing and formatting training manuals, presentations, and online learning resources. Edit and brand digital learning content using Monroe CMHA templates. Support micro‑learning modules, handouts, and visual job aids. Communication & Customer Service Serve as a primary point of contact for training inquiries. Provide timely, professional support to staff regarding training requirements, schedules, and LMS navigation. Evaluation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Administer post‑training surveys and compile feedback. Prepare monthly and quarterly training dashboards. Maintain audit‑ready documentation for MDHHS, Joint Commission, CCBHC, Medicaid, and internal reviews. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance training operations. Administrative Support Perform correspondence, data entry, and general office tasks related to training operations. Maintain organized digital and physical training files. Support special projects within the HR and Training departments. Adaptability & Teamwork: Works independently while supporting a collaborative training environment. Preferred Competencies Basic graphic design and content editing using Canva or Adobe. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience facilitating or supporting virtual training sessions. PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone. Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
