Core responsibilities
The job exploration specialist performs intake interviews, develops discovery and exploration plans, and conducts community-Based assessments to identify participant strengths and employment needs. They are responsible for maintaining a caseload, writing final reports with employment recommendations, and fostering relationships with referral sources.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in social services. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are also required for this role.
