Job Coach - SWE

Job coaches support participants in a six-Week youth training program by working alongside them to meet employer expectations, providing ongoing training, and addressing performance challenges. They also help participants build relationships with coworkers and supervisors while developing natural supports on the job.

A high school diploma and experience working in social services are required for this position, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and first aid/Cpr certification are also preferred qualifications.
