Injury Prevention Health Educator - Flex

The injury prevention health educator provides injury prevention education and resources to patients and caregivers in both inpatient and outpatient settings. They also coordinate community outreach events, manage car seat safety programs, and collaborate with the injury prevention team to ensure safe patient discharges.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess significant equivalent experience in community education. A national child passenger safety technician certification is required, along with at least one year of experience in teaching and public speaking.
