Clinic-Based EIBI Behavior Technician / RBT - Richmond ABA

The behavior technician implements therapeutic activities and individualized service plans under the supervision of a behavior analyst. They are responsible for collecting behavioral data, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing direct care to children in clinic or home settings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a competency assessment are required.
