Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide

The role involves substituting for staff members across all age groups and assisting lead teachers with classroom duties. You will be responsible for maintaining positive interactions with children and staff while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass all required background checks. Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as sitting, standing, and walking is mandatory.
