Sterile Processing Educator (Temporary)

The educator will onboard new hires, assess staff competency, and conduct ongoing training on equipment and regulatory standards. They will also assist with hiring processes and prepare the department for joint commission and department of health surveys.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and possess either crcst and cer or cspdt and cfer certifications. A minimum of five years of sterile processing experience, including at least one year in a hospital educator role, is required.
