Core responsibilities

This 12-Month rn residency program provides new graduate nurses with instructor-Led courses, personalized 1:1 clinical precepting, and focused group sessions for peer exchange. Upon completion, residents will practice with the basic competencies and confidence of a staff rn caring for diverse medical and overflow psychiatric patients on a 40-Bed unit.

Requirements summary

Applicants must possess an active washington state registered nursing license (Or a multistate license from a compact state) before the orientation start date of july 27, 2026, along with current health provider cpr certification. A 24-Month fte commitment is required, and no extended vacation time will be approved due to program intensity.
