Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One aba therapy in client homes while following behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress and attending team meetings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children. A passion for supporting children with special needs is required, while cpr and rbt certifications are preferred.
