Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will provide one-On-One aba therapy under the supervision of a bcba to support client skill development and behavior-Reduction goals. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting accurate session data, and maintaining professional rapport with clients and families.

Candidates must hold a current rbt certification and have an understanding of hipaa regulations. Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs and familiarity with aba terminology are preferred.
