Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will provide direct, one-On-One behavioral therapy and interventions to children with autism spectrum disorder. They will implement behavior intervention plans and collaborate with the bcba to track client progress and development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active rbt certification through the behavior analyst certification board. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and familiarity with aba techniques.
