School Social Worker - Lighthouse Connections Academy

The school social worker will provide social and emotional support to students to remove barriers to learning and academic success. They will manage a caseload of at-Risk learners, conduct group interventions, and collaborate with families and school staff to ensure student well-Being.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work (Msw) from a cswe-Accredited program and reside in michigan. Experience working with at-Risk youth and knowledge of special education processes and trauma-Informed practices are required.
