Employment Engagement Specialist

The specialist is responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation, job readiness, and career support services to adults while building relationships with employers. They will also conduct outreach, manage job placements, and provide ongoing job coaching to ensure successful workforce integration.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of experience, or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience. A valid nys driver's license is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
