TK Educational Facilitator/Teacher Hybrid- iLEAD AV Exploration

The educational facilitator plans and implements individualized learning plans for tk-12 home study learners while providing academic and operational support. They are responsible for assessing learner progress, maintaining portfolios, and acting as a primary point of contact for families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid california multiple subject or single subject credential with an ell authorization. Proficiency in technology and the ability to work collaboratively in an independent study environment are essential.
