Elementary Facilitator/Teacher 26-27 School Year -In Person

The facilitator will plan, organize, and implement an instructional program utilizing project-Based learning to guide learners toward their academic potential, uniquely having the opportunity to create and tailor curriculum to learner needs. Key duties include developing rigorous, differentiated lessons, maintaining a safe learning atmosphere, evaluating academic and social growth, and collaborating with staff and families on learner plans.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, including all necessary courses for credential requirements, and hold the appropriate credential for core subject positions, along with el authorization (Clad, bclad certification). Required attributes include experience in an educational setting, strong problem-Solving and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of integrity.
