Life Skills Coach - Residential/Living Options

The life skills coach plans and conducts daily activities at the participant’s home to facilitate individual learning experiences that assist in the development of living skills. This role includes helping participants build independence and integrate into the community through various daily tasks and activities.

Candidates typically require a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in behavior management programs. Certifications in cpr, cpi, and first aid are also necessary, along with the ability to assist with personal care and maintain documentation.
