Career Navigator - Disability Services

The career navigator provides comprehensive case management and individualized support to participants in the disability services program to help them achieve personal and professional goals. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing action plans, facilitating workshops, and building relationships with community partners and employers.

Candidates must have an associate degree or 3 years of experience in case management or social services, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A washington state driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks are required.
