Career Navigator - Youth GED Program - PT

The career navigator provides individualized support, including case management, career planning, and barrier reduction for participants in the youth ged program, ensuring successful transition into employment or further education. This involves developing individualized employment plans, coordinating supportive services, and tracking participant outcomes using data systems.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, case management, workforce development, or social services. A washington state driver's license is required, and bilingual skills, along with experience working with low-Income communities, are strongly preferred.
