Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement behavior support plans and provide aba-Based instruction to promote new skill development. They are also responsible for monitoring client behavior, collecting data, and collaborating with the supervising bcba and the client's family.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and possess at least 5 years of experience working with developmental disabilities or related populations. A valid driver's license and the ability to work early afternoon hours are also required.
