Program Specialist, West Mobile Academy

The program specialist provides direct care, monitoring, and support to children and adolescents in a clinical setting, ensuring their safety and participation in daily activities. They collaborate with the treatment team to document progress, manage crises, and facilitate therapeutic groups.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with a bachelor's degree in a mental health discipline or social work preferred. Candidates must be willing to undergo training in child and adolescent mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
