Therapeutic Mentor

The primary role involves building trusting relationships with youth, coaching them in age-Appropriate behaviors, and supporting them in demonstrating problem-Solving and conflict resolution skills. This includes participating in treatment discussions and promoting recovery-Oriented skills aligned with the treatment plan.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a good record, reliable transportation, and vehicle liability insurance. They must also be able to attend required therapeutic mentor training and attain knowledge of youth psychiatric disorders and recovery-Oriented treatment within six months.
