Paraprofessional/Classroom Aide

The paraprofessional assists teachers in implementing lesson plans, reinforcing learning materials, and providing individual or group instruction to students. They also participate in behavior management, crisis de-Escalation, and administrative tasks to support the educational and treatment needs of students.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and participating in restraint procedures.
