Clinician/Intensive Care Coordinator

The intensive care coordinator provides assessment, diagnosis, and intensive case management services while facilitating the wraparound process for children and families. They coordinate care with community partners, schools, and social services to ensure treatment plan implementation and client progress.

Candidates must hold a master's degree and be registered or in the process of registering with the bbs as an associate in social work, psychology, or counseling. A valid california driver's license and experience working with high-Risk youth are required.
