Youth Development Associate - Campbell County

The youth development associate is responsible for leading hands-On activities, supervising program areas to ensure member safety, and fostering a positive environment for children. Additional duties include managing volunteers, maintaining facility cleanliness, and providing meals according to usda standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged. Applicants are expected to have 1-2 years of experience working with youth and must pass criminal background checks and drug screenings.
