Summer Club Counselor - North Ridge Crossing

Counselors will implement various youth programs including tutoring, technology, games, and arts, while ensuring the safety of members through active supervision. They are also responsible for developing and following weekly lesson plans under director guidance and fostering a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence, and competence (Buic) in the youth.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with experience working with children and knowledge of youth development principles. Mandatory requirements include passing extensive employment screenings, being cpr and first aid certified, and meeting physical demands such as lifting 40lbs and maintaining high energy levels.
