Summer Club Counselor - Belle Morris Elementary

Counselors will design and lead various activities such as tutoring, technology, games, and arts and crafts for youth while ensuring member safety through supervision. They are also responsible for developing and following weekly lesson plans under director guidance and instilling a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence, and competence (Buic) in the youth.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with experience working with children and knowledge of youth development principles. Candidates must also pass comprehensive employment screenings, including background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening, and a physical exam, and must be cpr and first aid certified.
