Summer Club Counselor - Norwood Elementary

Counselors will be responsible for designing and leading various activities including tutoring, technology, games, and arts and crafts for youth, while ensuring the safety of all members in program areas. They must also implement the youth development strategy focused on instilling belonging, usefulness, influence, and competence (Buic) in the youth.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with experience working with children and knowledge of youth development principles. Candidates must also pass extensive employment screenings, including background checks and fingerprinting, and be certified in cpr and first aid.
