Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by creating an engaging environment and assisting with individualized learning activities. They observe children to meet their developmental needs and collaborate with the team to maintain an orderly and respectful classroom community.

Candidates should have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting and a genuine passion for early childhood education. An interest in the montessori approach is required, though prior specific montessori experience is not mandatory.
