Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) Cougar Mountain- $2,500 Sign On Bonus

The certified behavior technician will implement individualized treatment programs and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba. They will provide one-On-One and small group support to students with autism to foster academic, social, and behavioral growth.

Candidates must hold a current washington state cbt license and have experience or education in aba, psychology, or education. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and implementing therapeutic holds.
