Habilitation Assistant

The habilitation assistant supports individuals in achieving greater independence through meaningful daily activities and individualized program plans. This role includes providing personal care, implementing skill development activities, and ensuring safety and well-Being.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience is preferred but not mandatory, and candidates must be approved medication administration personnel within six months of hire.
