Community Habilitation Specialist

The community habilitation specialist provides ongoing training and personal assistance to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and community inclusion. Responsibilities include supporting participants in various activities, assessing their needs, and maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to read, write, and speak english. Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred, along with successful completion of required training and background checks.
