Physical Therapist (PT)

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services according to a physician's plan of care and evaluating patients' therapeutic and functional status. They will also instruct patients and caregivers, report on patient progress, and participate in discharge planning.

Candidates must possess a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in the state. A minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist is required, with community or home health experience preferred.
