Core responsibilities
The home visitor maintains a caseload of 12 families, conducting weekly home visits to identify goals and develop individualized curriculum plans. They also perform ongoing developmental screenings, maintain accurate records in the childplus database, and participate in outreach and recruitment efforts.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an associate teacher permit or higher and possess an aa or ba degree in a related field. Additionally, a valid california driver’s license, proof of insurance, and bilingual spanish/English proficiency are required.
