Core responsibilities
The bilingual peer support specialist provides peer support and advocacy to youth and families while navigating community systems. They work as part of a multidisciplinary team to engage clients, assist with care plan goals, and facilitate safety and self-Care planning.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have personal lived experience with relevant systems and be bilingual in spanish. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to participate in a 24-Hour emergency on-Call system.
